The Throwbacks might seem like an odd cover band. Three young guys decided to take classic oldies songs from the 1950's and 1960's, and infuse energy and modern song writing into them, to play for audiences who have loved them for decades. Why do this? Having played together for many years, and having grown up listening to the Chicago oldies radio station, these fine gentlemen decided to combine their style of high energy rock with music from a bygone era, to create something unique to the Chicagoland cover scene.

With Off the Charts, you won’t hear anything too slow or obscure, just music that is sure to keep your guests on the dance floor! We have both male and female singers, which gives us a great variety of songs and genres--from well-known Rock, to 80s hits, to current Top 40. There is something for everyone at an Off The Charts show!.

Miss Liz uses a blend of original songs, classic kids tunes, pop music, and an array of props to inspire kids and grown-ups alike to sing, dance, and experience the joy of musical silliness together.
Miss Liz performs in and around the Chicago area. She's performed at Gallagher Way, the Millennium Park Family Fun Festival, as well as numerous local libraries and festivals. She is a Teaching Artist at the Old Town School of Folk Music in Chicago. See her at a show, or book her for your special event.
